How Much Does Logo Design Cost in Pakistan? (2026 Guide)

July 26, 2026 · 7 min read

A logo in Pakistan costs anywhere from PKR 2,000 to PKR 300,000. That is not a market failing to agree on a price. It is five genuinely different products being sold under one word.

The five bands

**PKR 2,000 - 5,000.** A freelancer on Facebook or Fiverr, often working from a template library. You get one or two concepts and a PNG. Frequently the file is low resolution and cannot be scaled for a signboard.

**PKR 8,000 - 20,000.** An experienced freelancer. Two to three original concepts, vector source files, a transparent PNG, and usually a simple mockup. This is where most small businesses realistically shop, and good work exists here.

**PKR 25,000 - 60,000.** A small studio. Primary and secondary logo versions, an icon or monogram for social profiles, a defined colour palette, typography choices, and a short guidelines document. The difference is that you get a system, not a single image.

**PKR 80,000 - 150,000.** Established agency work. Everything above plus application design: signage artwork, stationery, packaging, social templates, and often naming or positioning input.

**PKR 200,000+.** Strategy-led branding with research, workshops, and a full identity system. Justified when you are launching a group, franchising, or repositioning an established business. Genuinely overkill for a single salon or cafe.

Why the same brief varies so widely

**Number of original concepts.** Three original directions is three times the work of one.

**Revision rounds.** Two to three is standard. One is a warning sign. Unlimited usually means the project will drag for months.

**Whether you get a system or an image.** A logo that works only on a white slide is unfinished. You need versions for a dark background, a tiny profile picture, an embroidered uniform, and a printed sign.

**Originality.** Some of the cheapest work is modified from stock marks. That is a legal and reputational risk, not a bargain.

What must be in the handover

Insist on all of these in writing before you pay:

**Vector source files** (.ai, .eps, or .svg). Without these, every future resize or edit means paying someone to redraw your logo.

**Full commercial rights transferred to you**, in writing. Some designers retain rights by default.

**Font licensing clarified.** If your logo uses a commercial typeface, someone must hold a licence covering your use. Find out whether that is you, and what it costs, before launch.

**Colour codes** in HEX, RGB, and CMYK. Your printer needs CMYK; your website needs HEX. Getting only one causes visible mismatches between your signboard and your Instagram.

**Multiple lockups**: horizontal, stacked, and icon-only.

The cheap-logo trap

The problem with a PKR 3,000 logo is rarely how it looks on the day. It is that six months later you need it on a sign and the file is a 500px PNG, or the designer has vanished, or the mark turns out to be a stock icon three other businesses in your city are also using.

Redoing a brand identity once you have printed menus, signage, uniforms, and packaging costs several times what the original logo saved you.

What we would actually recommend

For most small Pakistani service businesses, the PKR 25,000 - 60,000 band is the right call, because you get a system that survives contact with the real world rather than a single image. If cashflow does not allow it, a good PKR 15,000 freelancer with proper vector handover beats a bad agency at any price.

What is never worth it: paying under PKR 5,000 and hoping. That is the version you pay for twice.
